from 3pm-6pm @ a charge of $12.00)
PROOF OF ALL VACCINTIONS FROM
A VETERINARY CLINIC IS REQUIRED IN ORDER FOR YOUR PET TO BE BOARDED. FAILURE TO
SHOW PROOF OF ALL VACCINATIONS WILL RESULT IN THE ANIMAL(S) NOT BEING ADMITTED.NO EXCEPTIONS
Vaccinations required for dogs and cats are as followed:
For Dogs: Bordetella
(Due Every 6 Months),
Distemper/Parvo/Corona , Rabies and a
negative
fecal done in the last 12 months
For Cats: FVRCP/FELV
and Rabies
If your Pet(s) is
found to have fleas or ticks upon arrival to our hospital, a Vectra (flea and
tick treatment) application will be administered at the appropriate fee.
Things Our Facility Provides:
We use a dry dog
food and a dry cat food that is specially formulated for boarding dogs and
cats. It is a veterinary prescribed diet that is easy on the digestive system.
(use of our food is no additional cost)
We provide food and water bowls
We provide bedding for pets to lie on.
All dogs are
walked a minimum of twice daily, and we will provide extra play time if our
schedule permits.
Owners can bring
treats and anything else to make their pets stay more comfortable.
We can administer
medications at a charge of $5.25 per day, per animal.
Baths are provided
upon request at a cost of $13.00 (small), $18.00 (medium), $20.00 (large), and
toe nail trims at $18.00.
If you would like
your pet professionally groomed, an appointment must be made with the groomer.

*Please note that while we do
our best to fulfill bathing requests, they are not guaranteed as our schedule
may not allow it (especially during summer/holiday vacation times).
Islands Pet Resort requires a 50% deposit for boarding
reservations (this can be cash, credit
card or debit card. This will be a
requirement for ALL reservations made. If
you are a no-show, You will forfeit the deposit.However, if you call or come in at least
24 hours in advance
to cancel the reservation, you will be issued a refund of the deposited amount.
This is being done simply to help prevent no-shows and to give more people the
opportunity to board their pets here (especially during holidays and other
vacation times) and is required for all clients.
